Is parking available at the hotel? Is it free?

There is no parking at the hotel however there are nearby car parks which are chargeable. We recommend NCP Moorfields, Vernon Street, Liverpool, L2 2AY.

Is Wi-Fi available? Is it free?

Complimentary Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel.

What is the minimum age for using the pool/spa & booking treatments?

18 years

What is the minimum age for using the gym?

18 years

Is use of the fitness centre chargeable?

Free for guests before 10am and after 6pm daily

Is there a fee to use the swimming pool & spa?

Access to the spa is an additional charge.

Off peak: 8am-10am & 6pm-8pm £30.00 per person.

Peak: 10:30am-1:30pm – 2:30pm-5:30pm £50.00 per person.

Do you hold weddings at the hotel?

The hotel can accommodate weddings in Weightman Suite. The maximum capacity is 50 guests for a civil ceremony.

We also offer drinks receptions in Palm Court and dinner in Seaforth if the ceremony is held at another venue.
